Inhale Inspiration

The Women’s Health Conference, formerly known as Mikey Hoeven’s Women’s Wellness Expo, returns to the Best Western Ramkota in Bismarck on Monday, September 30th. As always, the conference will feature a day packed with practical and timely information for women to use in their everyday lives.

Olson and Carvell will give you the latest and greatest in the world of fitness, from gadgets and apps designed to assist in your nutrition and physical activity goals, to simple, fresh ideas for jump-starting your fitness routine.

Another breakout speaker is Sally May who will encourage you to ‘Take a Starring Role in your Health Care’. Every woman is in control of their own medical drama and it is important to have the knowledge, skills and confidence to take an active role in your own health care.

Carlson injects humor into her message of self-awareness and stress reduction.

Exhale the Motivation

The Women’s Health Conference will encourage and empower women to take control of their own health first, so they can be the caretakers of their household’s well-being.
