Peach Enchiladas

1398156930fjxqi2 8 oz. cans crescent dinner rolls
4 firm ripe peaches, peeled and quartered
2 sticks butter
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 12 oz. can Mountain Dew

 

 

Melt butter. Add sugar and cinnamon. Unroll crescent rolls. Place one peach slice on large end. Rollup. Place in a 12 x 10 x 2 baking dish. Pour butter mixture over top, and then pour Mountain Dew over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream,

Note: Canned peaches may be used if drained well. You can use less sugar if using canned peaches.
