Missy Ohe’s Book
Take your kids on an adventure this summer—through the pages of a new book written by Missy Ohe, a graduate of Bismarck Century High School. The You Cans and Their Big Adventure is a children’s book that features a teacher, Miss Opportunity, and her classroom of students, the You Cans. They are joined by Mr. Insight, Mr. Mentor, Ticky, Chicky, and other characters as they go on an adventure to discover their gifts, talents and abilities through teamwork.

Missy says she wrote the book to help parents, teachers, and mentors connect with the children in their lives, and the book is meant to be used as a fun way to create communication about experiences in life. The book exposes children to the concepts of self-talk, determination, overcoming obstacles, and the importance of believing in yourself.
Missy lives in Grand Forks and is a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Teacher, and Coach. This is her first book, and she will be signing books at Barnes and Noble in Bismarck on Saturday, June 18th from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.
